Congratulations, Eagles! Throughout the campus community, students in both our traditional undergraduate programs and Graduate and Professional Studies programs put forth incredible effort this semester.
The President’s and Dean’s lists serve as a way to honor students who have excelled during a particular term of their education at OKWU. The awards are based on term GPA for students enrolled in eight hours or more in the term. The President’s List honors those who have achieved a GPA of 4.0 during the term, while the Dean’s List honors those whose semester GPA is between 3.5 and 3.99.
“Students who work this hard and achieve academic excellence at this level are to be celebrated for their resilience and work ethic,” said Dr. Keri Bostwick, Provost.
“Our students maintained academic excellence while balancing myriad responsibilities that, for some, include jobs, extra-curricular activities, family obligations, volunteerism, church involvement, and the like. I commend them on their outstanding commitment to their academic performance.”
