Help us plan the OKWU’s Eagle schedule for the year. We’re accepting requests for the Fall semester until August 16, 2024, and the Spring semester until November 8, 2024. Due to limited capacity, not all requests may be approved.

Scheduling

All scheduling is completed around our mascots’ class schedules and university appearances; hence availability is not guaranteed. Upon completion of the form, you will receive an automated message confirming that your event has been added to our tentative calendar. If we have questions about your request, an OKWU representative will contact you via email or phone. We are unable to confirm appearances further than 1 month in advance, thank you for your patience. Within the 1-month window prior to the requested event date, an OKWU representative will reach out to you to inform you if we have a mascot available and to confirm event details.
