Golf Scramble Tournament
Friday, October 20 – 11:30 am – Adams Municipal Golf Course – 5801 Tuxedo Blvd
Monday, October 16 – 5 pm registration deadline
11:30 warmup | 12:00 lunch | 12:30 shotgun start
Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places
4-person teams are required. $330 per team includes greens fees, range balls, carts, and lunch. One person signs up and pays the registration price for the foursome, lists the names of the other three golfers (below), and lets teammates know they are registered.
Buy an Eagle: $100
If your team wants this add-on, it must be paid for at the same time as the team price.
For $100 your team will be assigned an OKWU Eagle golf team member who will play with your foursome for the day.
The OKWU golfers’ shots will count from tee box to green.
The person registering for the team purchases this.
Buy a Birdie: $60
For $60 your team will be assigned three automatic birdies to use on any hole during your round.
You may either pay in advance for this add-on service or purchase it the day of the tournament.
