OKWU’s online Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management (BSOM) is designed to equip students with the managerial skills needed to succeed in any organization with insights into business strategies, leadership principles, and performance systems. In contrast to other organizational leadership programs in the region, ours is focused on the development of marketable business and management skills – all within the context of ethical behavior and a Christian worldview.
