University Filming/Photography Policy

Photographers/Videographers are expected to fill out this photography agreement before scheduling any photo shoot. This agreement will be valid for all future photo shoots, but the photo shoots must be scheduled each time in advance. Photographers and models who have not signed a photography agreement and scheduled in advance will be asked to leave campus.

Photographers/videographers and models will be expected to abide by the following:

• Do not block any pathways or offices.
• Do not leave backpacks, tripods, or other props/equipment in any of these areas
• Do not move any objects or furniture
• Refrain from loud conversations/noises
• There can be no nudity, semi-nudity, or sexually explicit images of any kind taken or filmed on the campus of Oklahoma Wesleyan University
• There can be no images of illegal activities or materials taken or filmed on the campus of Oklahoma Wesleyan

Oklahoma Wesleyan University is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Oklahoma Wesleyan reserves the right to deny any photo or video shoot requests at any time. We also reserve the right to limit the use of our facilities for photography or videography based on reasons including but not limited to: events, rental arrangements, and high traffic on campus.

To ensure available space and time, it is recommended that photographers/videographersmake scheduling requests well in advance of a planned photo shoot. Failure to attain permission or failure to schedule a photo/video shoot in advance will be considered trespassing on the private property of Oklahoma Wesleyan University and will result in removal from the campus. Photographers/Videographers and models who fail to abide by the above policies while on campus will be asked to leave.
