OKWU’s Traditional & Residential Students will begin a normal schedule in Spring 2021.
This January, Oklahoma Wesleyan University intends to continue with traditional in-person classes and resume a typical spring schedule, including Easter and Spring Break.
The university will continue to emphasize intensive health and safety protocols to protect students, faculty, and staff during the COVID-19 global pandemic. Should circumstances or protocols need to change, we will notify the OKWU community.
“With all of the challenges and adjustments brought about because of dealing with the global pandemic on our lives and the life of Oklahoma Wesleyan University this year, I am pleased that Team OKWU has faced every situation with grace and optimism,” President Jim Dunn said. “It shows the Christ-like character of our students, their families, our faculty, and our staff. We are all dependent on the goodness of God in all seasons of life. As we wrap up the fall 2020 semester and the spring 2021 semester approaches, I remain confident that God will help all of us as we pray and prepare for another season of transformation in every heart and mind for the glory of Jesus Christ and his Kingdom.”
We continue to endeavor to provide the best possible scenarios for student success. The OKWU Cares team is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment at all levels of our campus experience, from housing and dining facilities to athletic competitions and events. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we strive to help OKWU have another safe and healthy semester.
