Previously worked at OKWU as the Human Resources Specialist. Came to OKWU is 2024 from West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Texas where I worked in HR as a HR Generalist II, in charge of Student Employment as well as Camps.

How does your work contribute to OKWU’s mission?
I get to introduce new faculty and staff, as well as GA’s and work-study students to OKWU and our mission!  Getting to know people and share our mission with them is one of my favorite things about my job.

How do you integrate faith into your teaching or daily work?
My goal is to show God’s grace to those around me.  I hope to set that example in everything that I do, including my daily walk at OKWU.  “Be kind and compassionate to one another; forgiving each other, just as in Christ, God forgave you.”  Ephesians 4:32

What makes OKWU a special place to you?
The OKWU family has made me feel welcome since day one.  The atmosphere here is friendly and safe.
