Kraig Kelley
Kraig Kelley has served as assistant baseball coach since 2018.
Kelley is the son of head coach Kirk Kelley and holds extensive coaching experience. Before joining the OKWU staff, he volunteered as an assistant coach at Lyon College in 2016. From 2016-2018, he moved to a staff position at Eastern Oklahoma State College.
In 2010, Kelley was drafted in the 47th round of the MLB Draft by the San Diego Padres. Kelley played college baseball from 2011 to 2015 and was a member of OKWU’s 2011 NCCAA Championship team. He also spent two seasons at the University of Central Arkansas and finished his collegiate career at Lyon College.
As part of OKWU’s staff, Kelley has been part of two KCAC Championships and the 2021 team that advanced to the NAIA World Series.
