Congratulations to our OKWU students on the completion of another academic year! Throughout the campus community, students in both our traditional undergraduate programs and Graduate and Professional Studies programs put forth incredible effort in the classroom this year.
The President’s and Dean’s lists serve as a way to honor students who have excelled during a certain term of their education at OKWU. The awards are based on term GPA for students enrolled in eight hours or more in the term. The President’s List honors those who have achieved a GPA of 4.0 during the term, while the Dean’s List honors those whose semester GPA is between 3.5 and 3.99.
“We are extremely proud of this group of students. Earning a place on the President’s or Dean’s list is an honor,” Dr. Dalene Fisher, Dean of the School of Arts and Sciences, said. “It represents consistent hard work, curiosity, and a pursuit of excellence over an extended period of time. This type of dedication is to be acknowledged and applauded. We’re grateful that God has brought these students to OKWU!”
