More than 200 students of Oklahoma Wesleyan University are being honored for their high academic achievement during the Fall 2019 semester by their inclusion on the Dean’s and President’s Honor Roll.
“As Provost of Oklahoma Wesleyan University, I am excited at the quality of scholarship exhibited by many of our students,” Dr. Mark Weeter said. “The Dean’s and President’s Lists are one way we acknowledge student excellence. Congratulations and well done!”
As a cumulative award, students included on the list are honored for their academic excellence during their entire career at OKWU. Dean’s List honorees have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.5-3.9, while those on the President’s List have achieved a cumulative GPA of 4.0.
“This honor represents sustained effort, the pursuit of excellence, and overall discipline and determination.”
“We are extremely proud of the students who have earned a spot on the Dean’s and President’s lists,” Dr. Dalene Fisher, Dean of OKWU’s School of Arts and Sciences, said. “This honor represents sustained effort, the pursuit of excellence, and overall discipline and determination.”
